The Pickwell Foundation supports charities and organisations within the UK that are working with displaced people and with those addressing the climate emergency.

Our work locally in Northern Devon and nationally provides support to refugees through several governmental humanitarian schemes; The Community Sponsorship scheme, Homes for Ukraine scheme, the Afghan Resettlement scheme (ARAP).

This support extends to those seeking sanctuary through irregular routes and to those who have no recourse to public funds (NRPF)”.

We also contribute to national policy and advocacy in partnership with other organisations in the sector,. This includes with the Home Office, through the Community Sponsorship Alliance (which is co-chaired by our co-founder, Susannah Baker MBE) and with the Department for Levelling Up (DLUHC) to shape the Homes for Ukraine.

You can also make donations to our Pickwell Foundation fund via our Just Giving Page, this will be used to support the schemes and our partners working in two main areas; those working to support displaced people and those working to tackle climate change.
